Privacy

BroFam builds commerce applications for merchants. We process merchant and marketplace information only to provide an application the seller authorized, secure and support it, and meet legal or marketplace obligations.

Seller authorization and revocation

A seller authorizes each marketplace application through the provider’s approved authorization flow. The seller can revoke that authorization through the provider or BroFam support. Revocation stops new collection and starts deletion of information BroFam is no longer authorized to retain.

Amazon information

Amazon account and buyer information is separated by merchant, application, provider account, marketplace and purpose. Pricing applications do not receive buyer communications or shipping addresses. Under the current architecture Amazon buyer data is not sent to AI systems.

Use and sharing

We do not sell Amazon Information, use buyer information for advertising, or combine seller data to benefit another seller. Approved personnel and reviewed Amazon-data subprocessors receive only the minimum access needed to operate an authorized service. Public-site providers that serve this website do not receive Amazon Information by design. See Subprocessors.

Rights and requests

An authorized seller can request access, correction, restriction or deletion through its authenticated application support channel. Individuals may contact privacy@brofam.app; do not email buyer PII. We verify authority and route requests involving marketplace-controlled data to the seller or marketplace when appropriate.

Retention

Amazon buyer PII is deleted no later than 30 days after order delivery, authorization revocation, Amazon deletion notice, or loss of authorization when that event requires earlier deletion, unless law requires limited retention. See Retention and deletion.

Changes and contact

Material changes will receive a new version/effective date here. Privacy: privacy@brofam.app. Security: security@brofam.app.
