Acceptable use
BroFam applications may be used only by authorized sellers and personnel for the application’s stated commerce purpose, within granted permissions and in compliance with marketplace policies and law.
Prohibited conduct
- Selling, licensing, advertising with, or otherwise monetizing Amazon Information outside the authorized service.
- Marketing or promotional use of Amazon buyer communications.
- Soliciting, manipulating or suppressing reviews, feedback, claims or disputes.
- Accessing another merchant, marketplace, order, agent or conversation.
- Exporting restricted data to unapproved systems, analytics or AI processors.
- Scraping Seller Central, bypassing throttles or provider controls, probing other tenants, or sharing credentials.
Enforcement and reporting
BroFam may deny or suspend access, activate kill switches, preserve PII-free security evidence and notify the seller or Amazon when misuse is detected. Report suspected misuse to security@brofam.app without including credentials or buyer data.
